    Since 1763, the Villa Nečas building has served as the royal customs house, the salt office, and at the same time it was the residence of the heads of this office. After the change of the cellulose factory in 1905, it became the workplace of chemical engineer Tomáš Nečas. He had a French park built around the Villa, where lavish receptions and parties full of culinary specialties and "nice wines" were held. In 1945, they established a company nursery and a kindergarten in the villa. In the early 1980s, the building was renovated into a cultural and social business center and a training center. In 2006 and 2007, the manor house underwent further reconstruction according to the projects of architects Ivan Jarina and Martin Kubovský, which changed its function to a restaurant and boarding house. The interior preserved period spaces and was supplemented with modern elements.
