Historic hotels of Slovakia festively introduced the first guidebook

Historic hotels of Slovakia has festively introduced the first guidebook: it was sprinkled with thermal water for a relaxation and wellness experience, feathers from a pillow for a comfortable sleep and spice for a unique gastronomic experience. The original way corresponds to the original experience and unique atmosphere provided by member hotels to their visitors.

The guidebook release party held at historic Amade Chateau hotel in Vrakúň on 14 April was attended by invited guests and media. The honourable role to introduce the HHS guidebook was accepted by Peter Belinský, Director General of the Slovak Tourist Board, who seasoned the guide with spice and wished the Slovak tourism a good luck.

Miloš Kmety, Director of the European Travel Insurance Company, sprinkled the guide with feathers from a pillow and wished all the visitors of historic hotels a comfortable sleep.

Daniela Miháliková, HHS President, sprinkled the guide with thermal water and expressed the following wish, “Salt is more than gold, but water is more than salt, as water means life. In terms of tourism, visitors are mainly attracted by Slovak thermal waters, therefore I sprinkle the guide with thermal water, hoping it will attract as much visitors as possible.”

The guidebook release party was preceded by a press conference at which Mr Peter Belinský, Director General of the Slovak Tourist Board, appreciated the activities of HHS Association as an example worthy of emulation in the Slovak tourist industry.

Pavel Šimove, Vice-President of the Slovak Tourist Guides Association, invited to the press conference as a guest, presented interesting touristic routes including the beauties of nature and sights, prepared especially for HHS.
