Historic Hotels of Slovakia accepted a new member

Newly opened five - star Hotel Château Amade has become on 1st August 2010 eighth member of the association of Historic Hotels of Slovakia and extended “family” of historic hotels of Europe, European luxury heritage hotels.

The hotel has excellent location just 50 km from the capital Bratislava, in the village Vrakúň. Hotel Amade Château is a stylish hotel that breathes the ancient history of the genius loci and provides the perfect luxury of modern times. There are 29 luxury rooms available in the mansion from 18th century. In this exceptional historic hotel is also an exclusive restaurant that represents the world of culinary arts. Guests can make use of unique spa and wellness center that offers a Hammam original Turkish baths.

The president of the association, Daniela Miháliková, about a new member said: "We are pleased that the hotel Chateau Amade offers the highest standards of services and at the same time respects values of authenticity and history, and therefore his membership in the association of Historic Hotels of Slovakia as well as Historic Hotels of Europe is of benefit and mutual enrichment. Membership in the association will bring to hotel awareness throughout Europe, and thus become part of spreading a positive image of Slovakia. "

Historic Hotels of Slovakia represents the highest quality of hotel services and catering in Slovakia. There are only four 5 - star hotels outside Bratislava and half of these are members of the association, which proves the quality and prestige of this group.

Historic Hotels of Slovakia was founded in September 2009, by seven founding members:

Chateau Bela (Bela), Hotel Bankov (Kosice), Manor House and Péchy Hunting Park (Hermanovce) mansion Villa Necas (Zilina), the Hotel Sandor Pavillon(Piestany), Hotel u Leva (Levoca), Grand Castle (Liptovský Hrádok). An important achievement was the accession to the prestigious association of the Historic Hotels of Europe.
